How to use:
Heat therapy: The pillow is heated in the oven, in the microwave or on the heater. Then place on tense, cold parts of the body or in the case of cramps on the stomach.
Oven: at 100 ° C / approx. 10 - 15 min.
Microwave: at 600 watts / approx. 1-2 min.
By shaking or by kneading the pillow, the scent can be intensified again and again.
