A spacious 180 m² villa at the end of a quiet private lane, less than 10 minutes on foot from the village centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines. The garden is fully enclosed, the pool sheltered by a pergola — a calm, private retreat in the heart of Provence, designed and decorated with care.
The outdoor spaces are made for long summer days: a covered terrace for dining, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and plancha, sun loungers by the pool, a daybed for two. A separate shaded area at the back of the house offers another spot to retreat. Up to 3 cars can be parked in the courtyard. For leisure: basketball, ping pong, pétanque, chess, backgammon, cards and more. Sonos sound system throughout — indoors, portable, and outside. Wifi. And a small herb garden to help yourself to: sage, rosemary, mint, tarragon and more.
The space Four bedrooms sleeping up to 9: three with double beds and one children's room with three single beds. Large living room with two sofas, fireplace, cable television, and adjoining dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms with shower — one with bathtub — and WC, plus an additional separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house has no air conditioning, but each room has a fan — and the thick stone walls keep it naturally cool even in midsummer.
Wine cellar A small selection of local wines is available during your stay, with a price list on site. Nearby domaines are well worth a visit — recommendations included in the welcome PDF.

Low season (Jan–Apr, Oct–Dec) : €300 / night · minimum 3 nights · flexible arrival & departure
Mid season (May, Jun, Sep) : €350 / night · minimum 3 nights · flexible arrival & departure
High season (20 Jun–9 Sep) : €400 / night · minimum 1 week · Saturday to Saturday
+ €200 end-of-stay cleaning fee
Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, and Provence soap included.
Deposit: €1,500 by bank transfer, required to confirm the reservation.
