The space Bed (120 × 190 cm), private shower, wardrobe, mini fridge, espresso machine, kettle, and sink (no kitchen!). The WC is located in the hallway and reserved exclusively for the tenant.
Linen, towels, soap, and hairdryer provided.

A complete renovation in 2023, designed to open up the space and let the light in. French oak parquet, oiled. A careful mix of modern and antique pieces. The result is a calm, timeless apartment with the quiet confidence of a well-considered home — rare for this address in the heart of Paris. On the second floor, no elevator.
Five minutes' walk to Place des Vosges. Around the corner: the Picasso Museum, the Victor Hugo House, Merci concept store, and some of the best restaurants and galleries in the city.
The space Separate bedroom with bed (140 × 190 cm). Living room with small sofa, long antique wooden dining table with bench and chairs, and open kitchen, fully equipped. A custom-built niche houses the television — hidden behind the cabinetry, it disappears when not in use and turns the room into a small home cinema when you want it. Bathroom with Italian walk-in shower, small bathtub, and large vanity. A second small room, lockable, is not included in the rental. Sonos sound system in the living room and bathroom. The apartment sits in a quiet courtyard, with windows on both sides — remarkably peaceful for central Paris.

15 m² with a balcony — a rare thing in Paris. The renovation gave the studio a quiet French character: soft tones, considered proportions, the feeling of a small private retreat. Facing the inner courtyard on the sixth floor — no elevator — it is genuinely calm despite being in the centre of the city.
The balcony catches the afternoon sun perfectly — just large enough for a table and two chairs, ideal for morning coffee, lunch or an evening drink. From the sixth floor, the view stretches across the Parisian rooftops.
One minute to Rue Montorgueil, one of the most lively and beloved streets in Paris, lined with cafés, restaurants, and food shops. A short walk brings you to Rue Sainte-Anne and its neighbourhood, known for some of the best Japanese and Asian restaurants in the city. Palais Royal is 15 minutes on foot, the Louvre 18.

18 m² under the rooftop eaves, on the seventh floor — no elevator. Currently being renovated with the same attention to detail and quality of materials as all Bea Bühler interiors. A compact, considered space with real character: sloped ceilings, natural light, and an unobstructed view over the Parisian rooftops to the Centre Pompidou. Renovation ends in July!
The space Bed (140 × 190 cm) with large storage drawers underneath. Compact kitchen with antique table, bench, and chair — a small, convivial corner for meals. A large custom wardrobe will integrate the washing machine and water heater, keeping the space entirely clean and uncluttered.
